| Digi-Beats is a Licensed Hard Drive loaded with thousands of songs for you to DJ with. The Songs on the Hard Drive cannot be copied or used anywhere else than on a Digi-Beats Hard Drive. Every Digi-Beats Hard Drive requires a monthly or annual subscription, this licenses your Hard Drive for all the IEG Supplied Music and entitles you to ongoing updates of music through our secure webserver. With a Digi-Beats Drive you can play music through most any Music Player application available today. | ||||

| Yes, And we encourage it! If there is a song that you want and is not on our Digi-Beats Drive, please email us at requests@ieginc.ca and we will do our best to add the song. Unlike all other music supply services, we do not have to get approval from AVLA in order to release a song. Songs can on some occasions be added same day....without any hassle or process. | ||||

| Currently Digi-Beats Drive works on most every DJ Software, including PCDJ, Mixmeister, Windows Media Player, Virtual DJ, Serato Scratch, BPM Studio, Tracktor Scratch, RockitDJ, OTSAV, and Swift Elite. Other software may be compatible and can be tested here at our facility before you purchase. | ||||

| Yes, you can have your Digi-Beats Drive be an Internal Drive or an External Drive, it's your choice. Some of the options you may want to consider is: Am I going to be moving this drive to different computers? In which case an external drive is much more user friendly. | ||||

| Internal Drives often perform at better speeds than that of external drives, thus reducing the possibilities of any potential problems. However, we have tested the software on both Internal and External Drives and have not had any problems. | ||||

| Yes, You can easily transfer from one computer to another with our new HASP encryption methods. If using our PCDJ Version of encryption then you must transfer the license from one computer to another. | ||||

| Yes, If you don't wish to go through the whole process of exporting your license and importing your license from one computer to another and would rather pay for a second station license. The cost is $10.00 per month or $100.00 per year. All you then have to do each time is connect your Digi-Beats Drive to either computer you have licensed and away you go. This is a great feature if you DJ with a different computer occasionally and don't want the hassle of moving the license each time. | ||||

| No, Digi-Beats Mp3s cannot becopied to CD or any other Drive or Player. The Mp3s cannot usefully be accessed anywhere other than on the Digi-Beats Drive. All Digi-Beats Mp3s are Enrypted to ensure that they cannot be copied or used anywhere else. | ||||

| What Happens if my License Manager and Subscription is expired and I still have the Digi-Beats Drive? | ||||
| You are responsible to pay for the subscription of the Hard Drive irregardless if you have the License manager working or not. Any unpaid portion of your subscription must be paid and up to date before you can obtain a new site key for your license manager. If you wish to cancel your subscription please see the question pertaining to cancelling your subscription. | ||||

| You can renew your subscription by using our website here or calling in and paying for your subscription renewal. Once you have paid for your renewal...you can send us your site code by email or over the phone and a unlock site key will be given back to you and it will extend your license for the period of time you have purchased. | ||||

| When you install the Digi-Beats software, at some point the software will show you a site code and ask for a site key. The site code must be emailed or called into us and a site key will be given to you to finish your installation process. | ||||

| Your site key has expired or something has happened to your computer, altering its authorization. If you have not renewed your subscription then please go throught the renewal process and your Digi-Beats Drive will be reactivated. If your subscription was not up for renewal and you are experiencing this problem, please contact our office and we will be happy to help you correct your problem. | ||||

| I want to cancel my Digi-Beats Subscription, What do I do? | ||||
| Cancelling your subscription is easy, simply send back the Digi-Beats hard drive to us, and your subscription will end on the date we receive your hard drive. Any unpaid subscriptions must be paid as well, there is no refunds for any prepaid purchases or subscriptions. | ||||
